SWIM SYNCHRO
|
A creative routine based synchro orientation program designed to create fun experiences that develop basic synchronized swimming skills while increasing existing swimming skills.This program is designed for beginner swimmers ages 5 – 8 years of age who are comfortable swimming in deep water. |

RECREATIONAL |
Participants will be introduced to the fundamental sculls and basic figures of early synchronized swimming, in addition to other disciplines aimed at improving strength, coordination and flexibility. This program follows Synchro Canada’s Star program and is designed for swimmers 8 years and up with Red Cross Swim Kids 5 or equivalent. |

PRE-NOVICE |
For young swimmers, ages 8 years and up with Red Cross Swim Kids 5 or equivalent, interested in learning about the exciting sport of Synchronized Swimming. This unique program combines basic synchro skills with elements from a variety of other sports including gymnastics and dance. Participants will be introduced to the fundamental sculls, basic figures and various routine components of early synchronized swimming, in addition to other disciplines aimed at improving strength, coordination and flexibility This program offers the opportunity for swimmers to demonstrate their newly acquired skills in our club water shows. |

MASTERS |
For those with an enduring passion for the sport of synchronized swimming. Designed just for adults 18 or better, participants with varying degrees of swimming competency can come together and enjoy the fun, friendship and fitness this program has to offer. In addition to endurance and stroke improvement, swimmers will learn the fundamental sculls and basic figures that are later organized into routine components and choreographed to music.
For more proficient swimmers and retired athletes looking for the opportunity to stay active in the sport, our competitive program offers regular synchro training and structured workouts. |

NOVICE |
For young swimmers, ages 8 years and up with Red Cross Swim Kids 5 or equivalent, interested in learning about competitive synchronized swimming. This program follows Synchro Ontario’s skill and routine development model. This program offers the opportunity for swimmers to compete in a minimum of 2 “local” competitions as well as participate in our club water shows. |
