Canada wide AquaGo! Program - an introduction to artistic (synchronized) swimming program. This program provides an opportunity to learn about artistic swimming and focuses on the development of the four pillars or skills required for success in the sport of artistic swimming. It is preferred if swimmers are comfortable swimming in deep water, but not necessary. Program is for male or female athletes 5+years. The program occurs once a week for 2 hours from Sept-Dec and Feb-May.

Intro to Competitive
Designed to introduce young swimmers to competitive artistic (synchronized) swimming while developing basic skills while having fun. This program is for ages 6 years of age and older. Swimmers practice 2 times a week for 2.5 - 3 hours each practice, plus 1 Saturday a month from Sept-May. Novice Swimmers will participate in a minimum of 3 mandatory competitions.
Novice + Extra Skill Development
Similar to the Novice Program (description noted above), swimmers practice 1 extra practice a week for 2 hours for additional skill development.
Designed to enhance basic skills in an intense environment. York Artistic Swimming Club will have a variety of Provincial Teams - 10 & under, 11-12, 13-15 and 16-20 teams if numbers support the need. Each team practices, with high intensity, 3 or 4 times a week, plus 1 Saturday a month from Sept - June. Provincial Swimmers will participate in 3-5 mandatory competitions.
